Role
We're looking for a Senior Analyst who is curious, creatively persistent, and incisive to join our centralized team of data analytics experts. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets, a creative approach to telling data stories, and a desire to impact the direction of a quickly growing company. The ideal candidate also has experience analyzing digital products, building data models, forming thoughtful tests, and effectively separating signal from noise. As part of the team, you will partner with internal stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization to deliver impactful data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across functional departments to identify, prioritize, and solve key analytic opportunities
  • Tell data-driven stories that inspire action at the senior leadership level
  • Develop and test hypotheses with business owners
  • Contribute to projects using advanced modeling techniques to distill compelling insights that enable thoughtful change
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards in support of key business decisions
  • Build strong personal relationships across departments and become a trusted resource for them and your team

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years work experience in Analytics or Consulting
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with data modeling
Eligibility Requirements

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

You have experience with:
• Using data and advanced modeling techniques to distill insights, diagnose trends, and promote change
• Customer behavior analytics
• Querying languages such as SQL or PostgreSQL
• Advanced analytic/visualization tools such as R
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Tag Manager
• Data warehousing and dashboard platforms such as GA, Looker, or Tableau
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., INDEX, MATCH, Goal Seek, etc.)
• Focused attention to detail and solid quantitative skills
• And a strong .gif game!
