How you will make an impact:

Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, this new position on the People team will lead and drive the creation of our People Analytics strategy. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Serve as key thought leader internally with the HR COEs and business leaders to deliver high-quality analysis, and reports using expert level data visualizations and presentations that are meaningful to business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, division leads and cross-functional teams to infuse people with analytics insights into major business priorities and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver all legislative compliance reporting (EEO-1, etc); and support other compliance initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct reviews of talent, D&I, benchmark and other data sets, and industry best-practices and tie back to key talent metrics
  • Create opportunities for automation, improvements and scalability; and recommend and implement solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs.
  • Craft user guides, training materials, and maintain system documentation.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems ( i.e. Greenhouse ATS, Culture Amp)
  • Exceptional ability to present analytics in a way that tells a story and experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experience creating reporting solutions (e.g., dashboards) for business users.
  • Experience turning data into a compelling narrative with visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) and presenting to senior leaders to influence business strategy
  • Experience with regression analysis and other statistical modeling techniques
  • Deep knowledge and experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate current state, find opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and thorough understanding of data and organization structures, including impacts to data/metrics due to changes in organizational structure.
  • Advanced level Excel and data management skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills with experience driving projects to completion

Bonus points:

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Qlikview or Tableau
  • Experience in analytical and modeling tools, such as Python, R, or SPSS

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
