As a SalesForce.com Systems Analyst, you will contribute to the support of ongoing Sales operations, as well as the planning and execution of special projects. As a technically savvy, analytical, process-oriented individual, you will work closely with our Application Development and Sales Operations teams to provide day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our SalesForce.com platforms and lead ongoing improvement efforts. You will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems in an agile development environment and must be a self-starter. You must be able to perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from daily administration to higher-level analysis, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Information Systems and more.

 

Specific Objectives and Responsibilities

 

Perform SalesForce.com and related third party software business analysis and administration tasks including:

  • Serve as an administrator and business analyst for the SalesForce.com application
  • Work with internal customers to identify business process and system issues and potential enhancements
  • Develop use cases and requirements definition documents
  • Work with our Quality Assurance team to ensure creation of appropriate test cases and regression scenarios
  • Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Manage processes to promote system changes into production upon completion of appropriate change management and org readiness activities
  • Prepare data files and upload the data into SalesForce.com
  • Create reports in SalesForce.com to meet operational requirements
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the configuration effectively supports business requirements
  • Respond to daily production tickets in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between SalesForce.com and other Enterprise systems

Your First Six Months:

  • You will learn the go-to-market strategy for our SMB organization.
  • You will support our business stakeholders with their various needs.
  • You will act as a business analyst to determine a best approach for solving problems.

Six to Twelve Months and Beyond:

  • You will become a domain expert with our organization, including all related 3rd party tools and integrations.
  • You will perform more strategic business analysis to continue to grow and improve our SFDC org

Qualifications

 

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a SalesForce.com administrator/super user
  • Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong analysis and decision making abilities, including problem-solving
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a high-performance team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand and act in accordance with the corporate and team mission, values and principles
