Sales Intelligence Analyst
The Sales Operations department is looking for a talented, motivated Business Analyst to add to our Business Control team. This role will be responsible for core sales operations artifacts related to GHX business verticals and will report to the Manager, Sales Operations. This role is responsible for coordination of data related to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the GHX sales team & leadership.Functions include collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on the business results stemming from sales, renewals, and any other related commercial efforts. The Business Analyst will perform ad hoc data analysis, provide data insights, and manage special projects as needed.This role will be managing datasets which will be expected to identify improvements in productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and organization of the sales team(s). This role will also identify gaps in data needs or reporting and will be responsible to resolve those issues as sustainably as possible. This role will often need to coordinate interdepartmental dependencies, providing analytical support for technical and business activity planning and helping drive repeatable processes into the GHX operating model.Key Responsibilities
- Participate directly in month-end bookings reconciliation process and publishing actual bookings results to include analysis of actuals to forecast variances
- Tracks and reports on key sales metrics, evaluates sales performance measured against sales goals; distributes results to sales management in a timely manner
- Assist team with detailed deal tracking, forecasting, review, and analysis
- Provides data analysis, organizes, and filters data to report monthly commissions to appropriate stakeholders
- Develops, coordinates and facilitates professional relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and cross functional stakeholders
- Seeks to develop process improvement both within their work product but also cross-functionally on processes that the sales function views as dependencies
Key Duties
- Maintains rep scorecards and rankings related to quota and territory performance
- Provides general sales reporting and information to finance, product and other business stakeholders
- Evaluates and helps improve data quality and cleanliness; assists with any data conversion efforts
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed, to support business needs
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' hands-on data analysis experience, to include querying and reporting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a fast-paced SaaS, Technology or Healthcare company highly preferred
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced or higher in MS Excel)
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ tools
- Working knowledge of commercial processes, contracting, Accounting & Revenue fundamentals
Estimated Salary range for this position: $60,585 - $84,000The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
