About the team

Within the Managed Risk and Security Team we focus on Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, and Operational Risk domains.  This is a very supporting team filled with capable and independently driven professionals making an impact on risk management.

What you will be doing

You will perform implementations and ongoing service delivery, including providing guidance on regulatory requirements, training clients on our solutions, identifying risks, and providing recommendations on ways to remediate the risk. Your willingness and aptitude for research and problem solving will come in handy. You will need to be highly organized, accountable, and have excellent communication skills

  • Onboard and implement new clients to our solutions

  • Provide client support by training clients on use of application and troubleshooting issues, and support ongoing risk management questions and guidance

  • Facilitate risk analysis with clients, gathering & analyzing information, and producing reports

  • May provide business requirements to shape technical development of our solutions

What you bring

  • 2-3+ years professional experience within an enterprise environment. Financial services preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills

  • Familiarity with Risk, Controls, Testing of Controls, Audits, and Compliance

  • Strong communication, confident personality comfortable speaking with clients

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public and manage time professionally

  • Operational Risk Management or Financial Industry domain experience preferred but not required.
