As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


This position is for a June 27, 2022 start.
About The Team
The RISC Education and Awareness Analyst will focus on elevating our Risk, Information Security, and Compliance (RISC) culture. The individual filling this role will assist in identifying new and engaging ways to communicate risk, security, sustainability, and compliance concepts, requirements, and best practices to employees around the globe and throughout all functions of the business. Innovation and creativity are key to realizing the change we're striving for and the individual joining our team will execute global campaigns utilizing a variety of medium (including but not limited to presentation applications, internal phishing campaign tools, video creation software, electronic banners, posters, and more) while working as a member of our RISC Education & Awareness team to raise awareness across the business and furthering our RISC culture.
The individual in this role will interact with all functions across the business, from Information Security to Marketing to Operations, candidates will need to be excellent communicators and will gain a unique perspective of where and how FIS is growing and use innovative techniques to bring messages to all geographies in which FIS operates.. Adaptability and flexibility will also be key to ensure we're providing education and awareness on the right risks at the right time, using the right delivery mechanism. A successful candidate will possess energy and enthusiasm which are key to developing the strategic partnerships required and executing on numerous campaigns throughout the year.
What You Will Be Doing

  • You'll bring your strengths and distill complex subjects into simple messages. Sharing those messages with colleagues from all areas of the business, using their feedback to further refine the message and delivery method
  • You will undertake project that will push you to develop strong written and verbal communication skills through interaction with colleagues from all functions of the business, geographies, and levels of leadership
  • You'll sharpen your presentation skills, both in-person and virtual through formal and informal interactions with leadership, as you help build our RISC culture
  • You will lead and manage projects with Subject Matter Experts from across the RISC organization, developing a strong understanding of RISC principles and using your engaging, outgoing, and energetic personality to communicate these principles to a global audience
  • You will evangelize the RISC organization by applying marketing and branding concepts to all that you do


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Basic understanding of Risk, Information Security, Sustainability, and/or Compliance concepts
  • An interest or background in analytics
  • Established project management skills
  • The ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships
  • Experience in identifying and utilizing effective engagement and communication techniques
