Greenhouse is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team!

As the first dedicated data analyst on our Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a key role in upleveling how our customer-facing orgs leverage data to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build a revenue-focused analytics platform from the ground up and help automate the reporting and visualization of metrics to help us become more proactive in our decisions. You’ll work directly with leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support them in operating and scaling efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Build out centralized revenue-focused analytics dashboards in a BI tool to help accelerate our revenue growth
  • Provide dedicated, advanced analytical support to the Revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Support) and establish strong partnerships with internal customers
  • Provide visibility into metrics that impact the full lifecycle of our customers, from marketing lead through customer acquisition and beyond
  • Unlock additional leverage from existing resources by increasing efficiency of headcount and programmatic spend

You should have

  • Proven success in a data analyst (or similar) role
  • Working proficiency with SQL and BI / analytics tools
  • Experience building dashboards and analyzing large data sets to solve problems
  • Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting customer facing teams, strong preferred
  • Data analytics experience in SaaS, a plus
  • Salesforce and Gainsight experience, a plus
