World Headquarters is seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a member of the Research and Analysis Department. The Research objective is to encourage data-driven decisions that support the strategic plan, forecast business metrics, act as a service bureau for business data, and provide operational support to departments that require data to conduct department-specific job functions. The Research Analyst is a core member of the department and is responsible for developing research questions, identifying appropriate methodologies and techniques, accurately analyzing survey and model results, and writing detailed reports. The Research Analyst works with a great deal of autonomy and is expected to work at the highest level of accuracy in all facets of the data analysis process. Description

  • Exciting opportunity to combine data science and behavioral research
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to design and evaluate marketing and advertising campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, nurturing leads, and driving traffic to the website
  • Build, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis and use advanced statistical techniques
  • Design research surveys with varied formats aimed at collecting quantitative and qualitative data
  • Use innovative techniques to gather, interpret, and visualize data (including maps and infographics)
  • Continuously streamline data collection and reporting processes
  • Clearly summarize and present research results to a variety of audiences
  • Consistently seek new ways for the department and organization to run more efficiently

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience collecting information about customer needs, sales trends, and products and services
  • Excellent data processing and analysis skills using R
  • Advanced statistical analysis (multiple regression, text analytics, time series)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical with excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum of three years of research experience
  • Experience with statistical computing and modeling using R
  • Experience designing surveys with a wide range of response formats

This position pays $58,800/year This role will be working from home while our office is closed due to COVID-19. It will later be a hybrid working model with some days in our office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. To maintain a safe environment, we have implemented a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy as a condition of employment.
