Analytics plays an integral role at Paladina Health to support healthcare delivery and business operations by providing relevant, timely, and actionable insights to care teams and teammates – helping them make better, more informed decisions. This is accomplished by applying advanced analytic techniques to large integrated datasets and rendering outputs to users through data visualization tools. The candidate will be joining an innovative team that is passionate about using advanced analytics to improve healthcare outcomes. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

• Collaborates with a variety of individuals and department teams to provide comprehensive analyses for client and clinical reporting, and on organizational wide initiatives. Works directly with requestors to ensure best practices for data reporting.
• Prepares, analyzes, and develops reports using Tableau. Develops regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports for end users and data quality management.
• Involved in the development, preparation and outcome tracking for clinical and operational performance metrics.
• Acts as liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders and end users.
• Identifies data sources needed to produce required data sets or reports. Ensures delivered data solutions meet requirements. Collaborates with others to solve problems and obtain feedback on reports
• Ability to oversee a report intake process; report requirements definition; report design, build, and maintenance; report deployment and training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying reports using Tableau
• Spotfire and SAS reporting a plus.  
• Familiarity with healthcare eligibility, claims, pharmacy, clinical and other data sources.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Knowledge of eClinicalWorks EMR and Salesforce data models are a plus.
• Experience with data quality and data cleansing techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively and approach problems Primary point of contact proactively.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Very strong technical foundation and the ability to collaborate well with others.
• Well organized, with a strong desire to document accurately.
• High-energy, self-motivated, creative report developer.
