As a Provider Strategist, you develop short and long-term provider strategy plans with clients to fully realize corporate objectives and meet performance expectations. You will also craft insight-driven, measurable, and behavior-changing omnichannel marketing strategies. 

What you will do:

  • Understand, research, and monitor trends, opportunities, and challenges in healthcare provider influencing, acquisition and retention
  • Manage and develop relationships with high complexity clients, including client sales teams
  • Develop provider campaign strategies: review market landscape, buyer profiles, positioning, value prop, differentiators, and how that all ties to pitching clients
  • Develop new Enterprise (PRM, CRM, & Engagement Center) Campaign Strategies
  • Work with Analyst teams on PRM & Claims Analytics Reporting to develop Analytics Services Menu; translate services for marketing and customer success teams
  • Contribute to and execute a go-forward approach for managing, maintaining, and up-selling current PRM-only or PRM/Claims Analytics-only clients; identify renewal dates and pain points
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to identify and confirm client provider strategies, cross sell opportunities, and develop target account lists
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support development of client onboarding/adoption plans

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing 
  • 4-7+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations, outreach, acquisition and retention
  • Experience with marketing strategy development, marketing program execution, omnichannel marketing, and digital marketing 
  • Ability to research and analyze claims data and translate findings into campaigns, solutions, and optimization ideas 
  • Strong communication skills, including communicating detailed information with internal and external senior leaders – verbally and in writing 
  • Good collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop creative, comprehensive solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 - $101,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually

Every day is different. Typically, I start my day reviewing emails and prioritizing tasks that need to be completed, which can change instantly as the day progresses.
