What You Will Do 

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to help define business and systems requirements for new and existing technology implementations
  • Create and execute project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manage day‐to‐day operational aspects of a project, with constant attention to scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams as appropriate to solve issues and achieve successful outcomes
  • Track and report team hour and expenses on a prescribed basis
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and timely manner
  • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Complete special projects or other duties as assigned

Project Management:

  • Manage handoffs to and from Sales
  • Ensure that all items on the deployment checklist / project plan are completed for each implementation
  • Track project status / ongoing tasks and regularly communicate issues, outcomes, and milestones with the Director of Customer Engagement
  • Organize and attend client interview sessions to gather client program requirements
  • Delegate all appropriate workstreams to internal technical and QA resources on each project, and manage deadlines and deliverable quality associated with each workstream
  • Conduct client research and analysis to formulate client requirements and program content design
  • Support project operations and project management activities
  • Configure and test solutions before they are implemented
  • Conduct customer check ins to ensure issues are being addressed and expectations are being met / exceeded
  • Support the development of new project scoping efforts

What You Bring to this Role

You are very good at managing relationships with customers, salespeople, engineers, and developers. You have a knack for translating business requirements to technical specifications. You are resourceful, have a can-do attitude, and love designing and delivering solutions.  You like technology, have experience working in a SaaS environment, understand the Alchemer platform, and are familiar with programming (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, and HTML).

You’re good at:

  • Communicating with clients, particularly explaining technical complexities and setting expectations
  • Problem solving (both with customer issues and technical issues)
  • Using PM software to manage multiple projects on varied timelines Interpreting, guiding, and executing on the customer’s objectives
  • Paying close attention to detail & staying organized

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $60,000, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
