Bonusly is seeking a Product Operations Analyst that wants to be part of a high-growth company thriving in the fast-evolving employee experience industry. Product Ops analysts at Bonusly are responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data which will enable the entire organization to make the most of our insights. As Bonusly’s first Product Operations Analyst, this is a critical role with very high growth potential.

What you’ll do

  • Collect data to understand customer health and key value metrics. 
  • Discover and communicate patterns driven by our product by analyzing things like participation rate, feature adoption, usage, performance, bugs, revenue data, and stickiness.
  • Collect and analyze NPS, feature and general feedback from customers to measure customer loyalty and customer sentiment
  • Collect data and present insights from internal data on product performance (productivity, quality, responsiveness, predictability, team health)
  • Analyze questions that would be useful for Bonusly to answer and assist product management in researching, designing and testing productizing analytics for customers 
  • Manage the outcomes of the product tech stack by establishing internal best practices and ensuring teams are getting what they need from our tools
  • Share data, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders including product managers, design, customer success, support, marketing and sales
  • Drive a successful product experimentation process by tracking, sequencing, implementing and reporting results on all experiments.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration around the product, by leveraging product insights to identify areas for improvement/opportunity that inform business decisions.
  • Provide product information to key decision makers, product ops is an important advisor to the leadership team, especially in product and engineering.

💯You should apply if you…..

  • Have 3+ years experience in a product operations or data analyst role
  • Data: collect, organize, and analyze product data to ensure that the entire organization uses it to the best of their ability.
  • Tools: management of the product tech stack, while assisting team members in using each tool.
  • Strategy: creating and carrying out product strategies, alongside other departments such as sales and marketing
  • Experimentation: implement and track all experiments related to product ops.
  • Have hands-on product and/or engineering experience with agile teams or in a start-up software product company
  • Have experience and desire to work at a rapidly changing startup environment

Compensation

  • Target Base Range: $70,000 - $105,000
  • Target Equity Range: .01% - .07%

Location

Bonusly is a both a remote and hybrid workplace, we hire in all 50 states and for employees based in Colorado, access to our Boulder, CO office. Our Boulder HQ is located in the WeWork at Canyon + 28th, with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop in front of the building
