Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Sourcing, the Procurement Analyst will be responsible for building Zoom’s Spend Cube and reporting on procurement related activities, including: partnering with internal stakeholders, data analysis, research, proposal analysis and monitoring through implementation. 

Responsibilities:

• Data management for the Procurement Organization

• Spend reporting, data gathering and partnering with finance

• Spend analysis reporting

• Working with the team to gather data and maintain contracts i

• Scorecard data management 

• Gather Data to Support Spend Analysis

• Does benchmarking analysis at commodity and/or category level

• Gather and report department KPIs supporting Objectives and Key Results (OKR)

• Work with Purchasing/Commodity owner to evaluate potential for internal management

• Meeting prep

• Issue POs as required

• Work on “Lean” initiatives and identify other sourcing efficiencies via benchmarking, VA/VE, competitive quotes and resourcing.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Advanced excel skills must have.

• Experience with Oracle ERP solutions (Netsuite and Fusion)

• Experience with Tableau

• Bachelor degree or higher, supply chain, finance or mathematics or data science preferred.

• Prior experience working in a Technology company

• Knowledge of hardware, services and vendors and related contracts

• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.

• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders

• Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details.

• Fluency in English; APICS certification is a plus
