Responsibilities:

· Analyze complex billing models against carrier contracts to develop monthly and quarterly detailed cost savings proposals

· Perform monthly checks of carrier portals to review and optimize plans against unbilled trending usage

· Optimize international services based on billed and unbilled usage through carrier portals

· Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure alignment with customer reporting requirements and cost savings goals

· Utilize extensive mobility knowledge to define plan, feature, and billing structure strategies for each customer

· Coordinate with carrier contacts for current and upcoming pricing in addition to customer contract support

· Work with optimization Manager to analyze opportunities, quantify scope for improvement, and define core areas of focus to improve customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of wireless telecom experience

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Advanced Excel knowledge including macros, pivot tables, and common formulas

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

· Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals

· Has the passion to engage in deep analytical, algorithmic work while staying connected to the core business teams
