Position Summary:
The Operations Business Analyst supports the tactical layer of the Global Orchestration team through knowledge, assessment, documentation, and innovation. They capture requirements and prioritize effectively. The Analyst manages multiple moving parts by analyzing problems and identifying opportunities to help achieve desired business outcomes. They are always ready to jump in, learn more about the business, and help those around them.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leads and key stakeholders to collect business requirements and perform business analysis related to post-acquisition integrations and overall global expansion
- Organize internal requests through the identification of platform integration requirements, epics, stories, and success criteria
- Conduct research on global expansion best practices and analyze impacts to change
- Create and maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and specifications
- Use industry-standard best practices to streamline team processes, ensure consistent process improvement, and drive operational efficiency
- Manage expectations and communicate timelines to key stakeholders across the organization through status reports, dashboards, or presentations
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least one (1) to four (4) years of experience in business analysis, project management, or operations
- Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools a plus (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Familiarity with a wide range of project management and/or process methodologies a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking)
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies
- Remain curious, ask questions, and look for ways to iterate and improve on the status quo
- Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Ability to actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $57,000 or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
