Network Systems Data Architect

Position Description
The Network Systems Data Architect role will support strategic initiatives in Product Development, Business Efficiencies and Network Automation within Zayo’s L2/L3 Networks under the CTO Organization. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the order-to-delivery process, and a strong level of ownership & passion for standardizing data involved in the processes to enhance Zayo’s network automation capabilities to accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities
Work with applicable teams to identify and define systems integration data points.
Own relevant OSS/BSS data point standardization.
Own relevant identification/naming standardization.
Develop standards & best practices around process and data elements.
Work with internal teams & 3rd party partners to continuously improve features, integration and process.
Work cross-functionally, in an agile environment, to ensure that enhancements integrate fully across Zayo platforms.
Support initiatives directly related to augmenting Zayo’s provisioning automation capabilities
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (~15 years).
Must have expert-level experience with MetaSolv / M6; Salesforce knowledge a plus.
Must have skills around decision making or drive decision making, to enable a path forward, across multiple teams.
Must have experience in product development, process improvement and service fulfilment.
Must have experience managing a 6-12 month backlog
Experience with the Atlassian stack, and working in a Scrum Agile development environment strongly preferred but not a requirement for the position.
