PopSockets is looking for a NAV Business Analyst to act as the subject matter expert for our Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central (NAV/BC) applications. At PopSockets, we run our business on a set of web applications and platforms that utilize industry standard SaaS or web-enabled cloud solutions with APIs for integration into our back-office applications. These critical applications differentiate how we create products and engage our customers, process and fulfill orders and integrate with our business partners by delivering optimized efficiency, ease-of-use and enhanced revenue generation. In this role, you will work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and implementing solutions and processes utilizing (Nav/BC) and configuring, adapting and changing the system and its integrations to our other applications to fit these requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in requirements gathering, articulating the value of proposed changes and driving prioritized issues and concepts from the backlog into the production environment. Extensive knowledge of General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Sales Order Management in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC application is required. Familiarity with SQL databases, PowerBI or Looker, Snowflake, EDI and eCommerce systems (Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce Cloud) would be preferable. 

• Facilitate discovery and design activities with stakeholders.
• Communicate and document requirements specifications.
• Perform gap analysis between system functionality and business requirements.
• Problem solving and providing solutions and improvements regarding the NAV structure.
• Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Central/Nav or GP experience with finance specialization.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and provide support for user issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or technically oriented field
• Must be comfortable in a fast-moving company and able to create process and vision rather than just manage to what has already been defined.

Pay range: $85,000 - $120,000
