It is an exciting time to for our teams at Enquire and we are looking for an experienced SQL Engineer with ETL experience to complete data migration projects for client implementations and handle other database specific tasks for our SaaS CRM. The ideal candidate is experienced with T-SQL, SSIS, data modeling, and must have strong communication skills both with an internal team and clients alike. A working knowledge of business intelligence and background with CRM software is preferred.

What you will do:

• Elicit and translate client business requirements into data requirements
• Data mapping of client legacy systems to Enquire’s data model
• Ability to handle multiple small to midsize data cleanup, cleansing projects at once
• Data Quality work up front and throughout the customer life cycle utilizing our toolsets
• Create, modify, and implement stored procedures
• Create and update tables, views, and functions
• Build, monitor and run SSIS packages
• Communicate directly with clients to identify areas for data cleansing and transformation
• Ability to work on several implementations at any given time while working with set deadlines
• Works closely with client to debug/fix data issues during and post-implementation and specific data services requests
• Ability to work independently and coordinate communication with internal teams for required work

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field
• 7-10+ year’s experience with SQL, SSIS, and ETL development
• 3-5 years data warehousing experience a plus
• 1-3 years data quality experience
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate issues and provide resolutions in laymen’s      
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure to complete tight deadlines.
• This position is customer facing, must have consulting or customer facing background
