Manager of IT Business Analysis
Summary
The Manager of IT Business Systems Analysis oversees the BSA function, managing the BSA practice and providing guidance and mentorship to team members. This role oversees the planning, managing and execution of a variety of requirements needs related to Information Technology projects and may serve as IT BSA as project needs arise. The Manager of IT Business Systems Analysis is embedded with the Information Technology Project Management Office (IT PMO) working with leaders to identify business requirements, scope projects, produce requirements and solution design specifications, communicate progress, and test solutions. This person collaborates with leaders to align high profile Information Technology Projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, both internal and external to the Information Technology department.

- Engages with individuals and teams to ensure optimal performance, employee engagement, development, and collaboration within and across teams in alignment with Portfolio needs
- May serve as IT BSA as project needs arise
- Provides employees with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance their skills, motivation, and performance
- Enhance processes to increase employee engagement, commitment, and satisfaction
- Demonstrates the capability to identify top talent for recruitment
- Recruits, supervises, schedules, evaluates, and develops direct reports
What You'll Need
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

- Google Suite (gmail, calendar, sheet, drive, docs, slides), Confluence, draw.io, Jira, Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Specific knowledge of business and systems analysis methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and SaaS applications
- 8+ years of experience on large initiatives with cross-functional teams, executed using various SDLC methodologies - waterfall, incremental/iterative, agile.
- Past project experience leading the analysis and management of requirements for complex projects, including business process improvement, system migration, commercially available software implementation, data migration/conversion, cloud migration, and reporting and analytics.
- SaaS experience and working in a cloud environment
- Experience applying Enterprise Architecture framework;
- EA Certification a plus
- Experience producing architecture blueprints - Conceptual, Logical and Data Architecture.
- Up to 10% travel
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $126, 700- $168,000
Discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
