At Snapdocs, we are on a mission to enhance the real estate closing process with efficiency and transparency so that lenders can close their loans sooner and home buyers can move into their dream homes quicker. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to come in to help us accomplish this mission. In this role, you will be leading our efforts in creating machine learning models and reusable infrastructure to support a variety of Snapdocs products.
As our Machine Learning Engineer, you will create models and help build our machine learning infrastructure that supports our products. You will also help optimize the existing infrastructure and architect tooling to increase the velocity of machine learning at Snapdocs. Lastly, you will be a technical leader among the team and help mentor other engineers.

Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of professional software experience with at least 2 of those years focused in MLOps, Data Science, Machine Learning or DevOps. Additionally, you will have advanced knowledge of the architecture and deployment of cloud applications, preferably related to Machine Learning or Data. We currently run on AWS and you’ll get bonus points for experience with SageMaker! You are proficient in Python and a self starter who is interested in solving interesting, complex problems at a rapidly growing startup. Last but not least, you are extremely collaborative and have a desire to be a leader since there is the potential to grow into a management role.
