Position Description

Conga is looking for a highly experienced information security professional to help lead the Security and Compliance program and to assist the Security and Compliance team in its mission to keep Conga secure and in compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and our customer requirements. 

We are looking for someone with:

• Deep knowledge of security best practices in AWS, Azure, and general IT/Operations
• An understanding of how a world-class security program should function
• An ability to lead projects to implement or improve security controls and reduce risk
• An interest in mentorship and leadership
• Application security experience

Job Description

• Assist the head of Security and Compliance with running the program and with continuous improvement
• Assist with setting security objectives across all of Conga
• Evaluate existing security controls for efficacy, identify gaps, drive remediation and risk treatment processes across all of Conga
• Lead and manage projects to source and implement software solutions (both native and 3rd party) to address security and compliance risk, improve the efficacy and coverage of existing solutions, and retire/replace ineffective solutions as necessary
• Develop and improve existing security and compliance programs to help reduce risk
• Participate in risk assessment process and with cataloging and managing security and compliance risk
• Help to ensure effective coverage of application vulnerability methods including static and dynamic code analysis, application testing, and penetration testing
• Evangelize and enforce security best practices and embed security expertise within each technical team
• Drive security visibility across our products and IT/product operations

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in security, preferably in a SaaS company focused both on IT and product security
• Well versed with operating a product in cloud providers such as AWS and Azure and the related tools and technologies.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC1/2 and ISO 27001
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Experience in managing complex projects including the deployment of security solutions and controls

Colorado pay range: $122,824.00 - $150,862.00 - $192,959.00

Benefits: You will be eligible for our paid Flexible Time Off Plan, which covers sick leave and paid holidays in accordance with Conga's policies. You will be eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits in accordance with Conga's policies.
