Insights & Analytics Manager
Cooler Screens was founded on the core idea that consumers deserve a far better experience than what is available today in brick-and-mortar retail. As the Analytics & Insights Manager, you will be a critical member of Cooler Screens partnering with internal teams and collaborating with retail partners to support client adoption of our proprietary analytics platform including use cases, training, and ongoing account management.

Who You Are:
You have experience in supporting digital and/or other media businesses
You are a skilled communicator and are comfortable being the liaison between external partners and Cooler Screens
You have excellent organization skills with a keen eye to detail
You are a creative problem solver that doesn’t get discouraged if the answer isn’t readily available
You are comfortable learning new systems and processes
You can creatively come up with new solutions or processes to achieve end goal
You can work both independently and collaborate as a teammate
You are comfortable and have a track record working in fast paced environments (Start-up experience is helpful)
You are passionate about building something from scratch and thrive operating in unchartered territory
What You Need to Succeed
3-5+ years’ experience supporting retail, CPG, and/or digital media industry
Experience interacting and building relationships both internally and externally
Experience working with POS (point of sale) data or other similar transactions data
Background with advertising or media measurement and effectiveness
Demonstrated track record translating data into insights and recommendations utilizing data-based storytelling
Superior analytical skills
Very strong Excel skills
Skillset with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL would be preferred
