What You'll Do

• As an Image Recognition Analyst, you’ll be the point person managing both our vendor and customer-facing relationships that work with our main photo recognition product. You’ll be working directly with exciting technology that brings our machine learning and computer vision technologies to mobile devices and the customers that use it! Your ownership will be data-centric; owning the data and auditing process that encompasses this product, and you’ll be the subject matter expert to both the internal and external stakeholders of the product. This role is a blend of being data-focused and customer-centric, and will give you great exposure to many teams and customers here at GoSpotCheck.

What We'll Achieve

• We’ll have a go-to point person in you to manage and streamline our photo auditing process and make it as efficient as possible - you’ll manage our part-time photo auditors, editing photo tags, and roll up your sleeves to do some auditing yourself!
• We’ll create a structured communication process and ensure our photo recognition product is being utilized correctly because of your frequent and direct communication with both our customers and our Customer Success Managers.
• Our vendors will have a direct point of contact through your overseeing all program oversight and communication.
• In working with our customers and third party image vendors, we’ll accurately scope new projects, integrations, and development efforts above and beyond the current base product offering.
• Through your process-oriented mindset, we’ll tie up all loose ends on the miscellaneous processes for this product, like pulling and verifying monthly billing data, monitoring SLAs, challenging mistaken tags, and running reports.

Who You Are

• Taking a big concept and breaking it down is your specialty - you can understand the conditional concepts the customer wants, and make sure it’s build into our photo recognition product and process!
• You’re a great communicator and are comfortable interfacing with both customers and internal teams directly.
• You’re flexible - splitting your time between teams and projects is exciting to you.
• You’re comfortable getting in the weeds and guiding a process with little direction, being a self-starter is in your nature!
• As this is a data-facing role, you’re comfortable working in Excel and manipulating data.
• Bonus points if you have any relational database experience, preferably SQL!
• You have preferably completed a bachelor’s degree.
