About the team:
FIS Financial Crimes and Global Fraud Investigations Team provide fraud industry guidance to stakeholders on operations under the governance of Banking and Merchant Solutions; mitigating fraud losses for our customers and our organization.
What you will be doing:
FIS Financial Crimes and Global Fraud Investigations Team is in charge of collaborative efforts cross-channel in:
Identifying and announcing fraud activity via case management system and email initiated requests.
Understanding and communicating customer and internal impacts of fraud scheme and mitigation efforts
Announce mitigation strategies, gaining business support
Bring awareness to business leaders regarding impactful fraud trends
Formulate remediation efforts from key players
Execute strategies across the organization
Strengthen internal and external partnerships and support
Utilize logging mechanisms to proactively identify fraud
Mitigate fraud losses
What you bring:
Substantial Fraud Industry Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office Tool Familiarity
Key organizational skills
Effective Communication and ability to identify diverse approaches for problem solving
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of demonstrated experience
Added bonus if you have:
Internal FIS Business Knowledge
Criminal Justice Degree
Cyber Security certifications or associated industry degrees
