Highlights:
As an Experience Data Quality Specialist, you lead the data quality strategy for data products within the Spectrum Enterprise Experience team. You are influential in shaping the strategy's future direction to meet our needs for high-quality, complete, accurate and timely data in products and solutions that support the experience of internal teams and clients. You efficiently maintain and assist with data quality analysis and validation, including the design and implementation of controls and processes for the validation and reconciliation of critical client and employee data. You collaborate with the Client Data Systems Product Manager to enable data as a valued asset across the enterprise with a specific focus on reliability and quality. You excel at providing quality data within an office environment and interacting with teams via in-person and digitally. You report to the Director of Client Data Systems for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage company-wide success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
- Enable the data strategy by serving as the specialist for the implementation, training and monitoring adoption of data quality within our distributed data management teams.
- Improve data quality by establishing reusable process tools and best practices for data quality analysis, tracking cleansing and escalation.
- Work closely with the data governance team on quality metrics necessary to drive improvement and demonstrate execution of the greater strategy.
- Establish a clean process for managing business rules to align with data quality metrics.
- Define and implement an approach to clean up enterprise data with respect to enabling value in historical data required in reporting and analytics across the business.
- Lead the process of identifying opportunities to improve data quality alignment in accordance with business objectives.
- Identify relevant and actionable data by conducting data discovery stakeholder interviews.
- Guide each application by identifying data sets, developing data flows, understanding data-related processes and mitigating key data issues.
- Manage the tool implementation and maintenance needed to perform quality processes for master and reference data.
- Ensure accurate data by providing the analysis of complex data issues, root cause analysis and resolution.
- Develop foundational procedures and technical solutions to ensure the successful execution of the data quality framework.
- Enforce quality assurance guidelines and control standards and coordinate tactical day-to-day data management activities to ensure data validity.
- Update key partners on a regular or as-needed basis by presenting changes and fixes.
- Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Five or more years of experience working with data visualization tools, such as Microstrategy Tableau, Qlkiview or Spotfire.
- Five or more years of experience in managing the data lifecycle with a specific focus on data quality practices and data issue management and root cause analysis.
- Five or more years of experience in developing automated frameworks, templates and design patterns.
- Seven or more years of experience in data mining, large-scale data acquisition, transformation and cleaning structured and unstructured data.
- Seven or more years of experience in data manipulation and analysis accessing data in varied formats with different methods.
- Experience in data quality automation and testing experience as a part of continuous delivery and deployment.
- Comprehensive mathematical and issue resolution skills with a keen eye for identifying trends and data anomalies.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality and data lineage concepts.
- Familiar with data quality tools such as Trillium, Ataccama or Information Builders iWay.
- Demonstrated understanding of master data management processes and policies.
- Proficient in SQL language.
- History of managing deliveries to a timeline while negotiating deliverables with key partners.
- Proven ability to identify automation opportunities within current analytics processes while working closely with architecture teams to implement the solution.
- Track record of turning vague concepts and asks into well-documented and effective business metrics and insights.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project and product implementation through partnerships with cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matters.
- Effective written and spoken English communication and presentation skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Three or more years of experience in developing test cases for complex, relational data sets.
- Three or more years of experience implementing data quality systems and processes.
- Three or more years of experience in master data management.
- Curiosity to solve complex issues with data.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Telecommunications experience.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering or a related field (required).

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$88,200.00 to $156,600.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
