We are looking for a team-centric individual with a passion for information systems and processes and a desire to leverage data to advance our ESG leadership. This person will need strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and communications skills to drive rigorous world class reporting, analysis and insights and help to build systems and processes to meet the evolving needs of our business and ESG stakeholders. This position will be based in our Denver, Colorado or San Francisco, California offices, but other Prologis office locations may be considered.

What’s needed in order to do that:

  • Drive the extraction, collection, organization, curation and analysis of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
  • Create effective communications, disclosure and responses leveraging ESG data to elevate ESG reporting, positioning and brand.
  • Collaborate in the building and administration of efficient global ESG information systems and processes across all functional and geographic areas of the organization.
  • Develop ESG insights and thought leadership to support internal and external customers, investors and other ESG stakeholders.
  • Research and develop forecast for ESG trends impacting the company, customers and other ESG stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track progress against ESG goals and metrics.
  • Responsible for data and analytical rigor, accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive continuous system and process improvement.
  • Support the global ESG team in executing strategy and program.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders with projects/initiatives/deliverables.

Tell us if you’re ready.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferred, plus 1-2 years of quantitative analytical experience preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or Information Systems.
  • A critical thinker nimble with financial analysis and numerical data with a focus on concrete and quantitative back-up for positions taken.
  • Strong project and time management skills to drive aggressive and ambitious plans to completion.
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Background in ESG and sustainability is a plus.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, good sense of humor and relentless desire to take a premier ESG program to the next level. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Acts with urgency, agility, humility and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to drive projects to completion. 
  • Inspires and builds trust among team and internal and external stakeholders. 

Hiring Salary Range of: $65,000-85,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
