We are looking for a Director of Data & Analytics to further strengthen our team in the U.S.

Main tasks:

  • Provide vision and strategy for all data management activities, influencing and driving how hear.com uses data internally and externally
  • Promote the advancement of a data-driven, test-and-learn culture throughout the organization
  • Creating an environment that makes data and information easily accessible, driving insights while maintaining appropriate access controls
  • Act as the key thought leader in further developing the data integration roadmap, business intelligence and data warehouse strategy in order to provide consistent, clean and accurate data
  • Provide expertise and consult on all new major data-related or data-intensive initiatives, enabling business and strategy teams to transform those initiatives into action
  • Proactively champion the value of data as a strategic business asset and revenue generator

Your profile:

  • Strong leadership and C-Suite skills as well as exceptional communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in leading major information management programs in different business areas within an organization, preferably in the B2C sector
  • Expertise or at least familiarity with big data solutions
  • Experience in operationalizing data governance and data quality
  • Expertise in creating and deploying best practices and methodologies
  • First experience managing and leading technical data teams across multiple teams
  • Knowledge about developing business cases for technical projects with a lot of uncertainties
  • Expertise in data retrieval, data modeling, data warehouse design and predictive modeling
