Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis is seeking a Digital Reporting Analyst who is passionate about using data to build business value and translating the needs of business partners into reporting and technical requirements. In this unique role, you will be able to define reporting needs, gather requirements to create digital customer experiences that measure Key Performance Indicator’s and bring insights to our business partners. We are looking for an analyst to help us craft a portfolio of reports that answer key business questions across Industrial Real Estate, marketing campaigns and ecommerce digital experiences.

Here's how to do that:

  • Apply Product Management, industry, and market expertise to champion reporting as a business enabler, leading efforts to translate business requirements into relevant reports.

  • Work with Product team to translate business and functional requirements into technical User Stories.

  • Prototype solutions, which includes modeling data using SQL and designing reports in BI tools like Tableau.

  • Lead tag management using Google Tag Manager and working with development teams to ensure key events are gathered.

  • Drive strategic business decision making through detailed analytics, insights and Real-Time reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Use Tableau to create innovative executive dashboards, scorecards, and weekly and monthly reports on the status of key business measurements.

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate and provide meaningful business insights from data, not just produce reports.

  • Model data for ad hoc and pre-built reporting.

  • Work with users to define requirements for Tableau reports and support the implementation and customization of Tableau reports.

  • Work with our data integration team to integrate and certify data sets from a variety of digital and marketing applications like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, Paid Advertising etc and write technical specifications and mapping documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in software Product Management.

  • 2+ years of creating and designing reports using BI tool like Tableau.

  • Must be proficient and strong in SQL skills and pass the Prologis SQL assessment proficiently.

  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative problem solver with a vision.

  • Ability to blend strong analytic capabilities with a creative approach that can tie it all together into a compelling story and vision.

  • Strategically see the big picture but can focus on the details needed to tactically execute to the plan and requirements.

  • Excellent leadership and relationship building skills.

  • Good communicator and storyteller, engaging with your audience on a personal level.

  • Persistent, rational and possess the ability to put facts above speculation.

  • Demonstrated data analysis experience and ability to understand the core business and key success drivers of customers.

  • Prior experience mining data, discovering insights to drive key business initiatives.

  • Outstanding writing, and presentation skills; Ability to persuade, inspire, and empower others. Summarize key insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable communicating technical findings to business leaders at all levels, including senior management.

  • Proven ability to work under stress with tight project time-lines.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, startup environment with a high level of ambiguity.

  • Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to frame sophisticated analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible results (revenue, seller launches, new product features, etc.).

Nice to Have Experience

  • Domain knowledge of the commercial real-estate industry.

  • Experience working with Tableau and Denodo

  • Experience with Visual design and data story telling.

Target base compensation range of: $78,000 - $116,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
