At Mercury Healthcare, we empower healthcare organizations to create seamless consumer experiences and improve outcomes to build healthier communities.  As a Digital Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team by managing and optimizing paid digital media campaigns. You will provide insightful analysis, reporting, and participate in strategic discussions with the team to achieve online marketing success for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Execute, manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns as well as conduct keyword, market and behavioral opportunity research
  • Monitor the success of campaigns using various reporting tools, develop client-facing performance reports, and develop internal benchmark reports
  • Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide insights and suggestions for campaign performance improvement
  • Keep pace with digital media industry trends and developments
  • Work closely with other team members to meet client goals

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience running Search, Social, and Display campaigns
  • 3+ years experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics, with video and programmatic display marketing experience preferred
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification or Google Analytics Certification required
  • Ability to self-teach and quickly pick up new concepts
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Experience using the Keyword Planner Tool or other keyword research tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
