Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. As a Data Validation Specialist, you will support the collection and integrity of the consumer data powering Healthgrades' products. You will provide outstanding data support for internal clients, maintain provider data accuracy, assist in new data source acquisitions, and safeguard our data assets.

What You Will Do:

  • Input and verify data from a variety of sources, ensuring that all provider data is complete and accurate
  • Assist with various special projects designed to improve data accuracy for all Healthgrades products, increase completeness rates for all provider and facility profiles, and/or strengthen internal relationships
  • Collaborate with Healthgrades business units on challenges and chances to create more efficient processes, improve the quality of work, and achieve company goals
  • Identify, research, and resolve production system issues
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism and respect for clients and co-workers
  • Quality check team deliverables to increase data accuracy
  • Participate in team meetings to share knowledge, prioritize workloads, and tackle problems

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or and/or relevant experience in a related field
  • Understanding of how to identify and prioritize critical work
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent personal time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large quantities of data
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to frequently shifting priorities and procedures
  • Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in an online environment or healthcare field is preferred
