In this role you will support development and implementation of fraud models/strategies for all Western Union digital products, including all ongoing and systematic data collection and aggregation .

You will manage multiple projects and data requests in a timely manner, support test practices, including post-implementation monitoring, and coordinate with other analysts and external vendor resources to ensure that system solutions meet goals and meets business needs.

For this role you will need a Graduate degree in Statistics, Math, or other quantitative fields or 1-3 years experience in the field of risk analytics in the financial services / online payment industry.

You will also need world-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities required, including advanced skills in statistical analysis. You will need rich experience using business intelligence, data mining, and predictive analytics tools like SAS, R, Matlab etc. You will need strong proficiency with querying data in SQL. And you will need to make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Annual base salary gross:  $62,829-103,871. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
