Ideas are easy; execution is everything.

Gtmhub’s purpose is to enable organizations to connect the dots between strategy and execution, improve internal alignment, and maintain focus with our platform. We want to guide them along their journey of accelerated growth and transformational change.

We build the software that makes that happen—and we need a world-class team to do that.

The Role

Gtmhub's ARI (Analytics, Research, and Insights) team enables the business to make more informed—and less risky—business decisions. We do this by representing the voice of the customer—both internal and external—and acting as the single source of truth for customer, business, and market data.

At Gtmhub, insights matter. Our team works across the entire business supporting Product, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and the leadership team.

As our first Product Analytics Lead, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and peers, i.e. product managers, data scientists, data engineers, marketers, engineers, and product researchers to drive impact. Your work will play a major role in defining and driving who we are and what we do today—and who we are and what we do tomorrow.

The Nitty Gritty

As our Product Analytics Lead, you will:

  • Be an Amplitude expert;
  • Use data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products;
  • Operationalize access to data, dashboards, and critical insights - and empower teams to self-serve the data and dashboards they need;
  • Lead the development and execution of new and highly complex algorithms, machine learning, and statistical predictive models to evaluate potential future outcomes across multiple business units;
  • Continually evaluate, report on, and direct improvement of the data system performance and analyses;
  • Manage data science tools and processes, including vendor management, implementation, monitoring, operations, and maintenance;
  • Become a trusted, strategic partner to stakeholders by communicating and demonstrating the value of data science and analytics, and by delivering insights that lead to demonstrable business value;
  • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products;
  • Perform user and product data exploration and modeling to quantitatively influence acquisition and retention strategies, product prioritization trade-offs, opportunity sizing, and engagement optimizations;
  • Take a data-driven approach to help the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams solve problems and identify trends and opportunities;
  • Support the end-to-end process of designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate testing programs related to new products, and generating product and business recommendations;
  • Leverage the Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you’ll have:

  • 4 years of experience in an analytically intensive role, in business intelligence, product analytics, or a quantitative researcher role;
  • Experience with tools like data visualization tools, i.e. Amplitude, Woopra, Tableau, or similar;
  • Tenacity—you proactively seek ways to overcome challenges without giving up;
  • A bias for action with a sense of urgency;
  • A problem first, tool second mindset—you find the right analytical tool to solve the problem;
  • Engaging storytelling chops—a history of telling stories using insights that influence key decisions;
  • A passion for process improvement and a desire to leave things better than you found them;
  • A background in statistics and experience in explaining models & results to a business and technical audience;
  • Technical expertise with database management, programming, and analytical tools (SQL, Oracle, Denodo, Tableau, Spotfire, ETLs, Java, R, Python, etc.);
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and data stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both in person and via remote technology;
  • Proven track record of enabling efficiencies and scaling through data solutions.

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • MA/MS or PhD degree in STEM or similar fields;
  • Demonstrated competency with descriptive statistics and behavioral data analysis.

Compensation and Benefits

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary (salary range of $125k - $150k)
  • Quarterly bonus evaluation (up to 25%)
  • Stock option opportunities
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 100% employer covered Health, Dental & Vision plans with FSA/HSA
  • Access to a 401(k)/Roth 401(k)
  • Meaningful and challenging work
  • Uniquely open and casual environment
  • The opportunity to work with very smart and driven people
  • The ability to grow your talents and career
