Job Description

Mobile Solutions is expanding our Expense Management team to further our goals of growth and opportunity! We are looking for smart and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and have a natural desire to solve problems and assist others. This person would be responsible for analyzing and auditing all aspects of customer mobile environment. This exciting role is centered on professionals who can communicate effectively and can diagnose and resolve problems with confidence and a drive to succeed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend new ways to save money
• Use statistical methods to analyze data
• Create and Implement Rate Plan Changes
• Knowledge of Mobile Carrier Plans (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.), preferred, not required

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• 2+ years’ Data mining experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel (and the entire Office Suite)
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
• Calm in pressure situations, but high level of urgency to resolve problems and complete tasks
• Creative thinking/ability to think outside the box
• Self-motivated
• Interest in mobility
• Positive attitude!
