You have a passion for data analysis, identifying patterns and trends; your perfect day is spent on spreadsheets and databases, but you can also hop on a call with a client to help them get their data to us quickly and securely. How you’ll spend your day:

• Acquiring customer data files and securely processing, troubleshooting, and tracking the status
• Acting as a consultant and working with your team to steward clients through the intake process and recommending best practices to enhance data quality
• Helping to figure out how to automate repeatable tasks to increase our efficiency
• Creating and delivering custom reports as requested for our clients
• Documenting your work and reporting progress to your team
• Pitching in wherever you can to help us stay on top of the workload

What you’ll bring to the table:

• An undergraduate degree in a technical or business discipline
• About a year of professional experience in a role that requires precision, discipline and a high degree of quality control
• Experience with SalesForce, data migration and/or data visualization will get our attention
• Articulate communicator – your emails are complete and your grammar is remarkable
• An insatiable curiosity – You never stop on the surface – you MUST keep digging until you understand your subject matter completely
• A sharp mind with a knack for picking up new concepts quickly and filling in the blanks when given an abstract objective
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team
• Ability to multi-task and switch priorities as needed
