Description
The Data Entry Specialist improves the day to day work of all Customer Service Representatives by handling all Service Channel updates. This individual will be responsible for correcting data in Salesforce as needed, including address and contact information. As well as updating cases by populating missing data need for troubleshooting to proceed.
Core Functions
- Updates cases in Salesforce with associated Service Channel ticket
- Creates Proposals for camera adds and updates Service Channel
- Updates cases, merging duplicates and notifying customer via email
- Service Ticket clean up where needed
- Moves cases into correct queues
- General Queue cleanup
- Other Duties as assigned

- Passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service and have proven experience correcting data with a wide range of systems.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google: Mail; Calendar; Drive; Docs
Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years hands on computer experience
