DAT Solutions is seeking a full time position as a Data Entry Clerk in Beaverton,
Oregon.
The DAT Customer Support Team, working in a customer-facing organization, is
responsible for supporting our core value of "customers for life." The team operates as
an in-house agency, working with internal stakeholders to create valuable content that
attracts, engages, and converts prospects and creates new value from existing
customers by demonstrating how DAT products and services can help their business
grow.
 Summary
The Compliance Data Entry Clerk is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction by
entering new and updated customer and registry information off standard and non-
standard source documents, proofing and checking work for accuracy, and correcting
mistakes. Responsibilities also include account updates, email processing and other
related duties.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 Prepare documents for computer entry by evaluating information for missing or
incorrect information while establishing entry priority.
 Performs fast and accurate data entry of insurance information by inputting
alphabetic and numeric information
 Reviews completed work by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
 Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
 Secondary tasks include accounts updates, email processing and outbound calls.
 Contributes to team effort by handling related duties as needed.
 Qualifications

 Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two and three-syllable words and to recognize

accomplished through the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

adjust focus.

Normal office conditions, with a quiet to moderate noise level. Two-story office building
with elevator service. Additional hours may occasionally be required with advance
approval from the Supervisor.
