Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced data engineer to join our team to contribute to our mission of redefining the healthcare experience for patients and providers. As a Data Engineer at CirrusMD, you’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class data solutions while driving more accurate data-driven decision making. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and learn from a team of brilliant engineers. This position can sit remote anywhere in the U.S. The salary range for this position is $105,000-120,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Accomplish:

• Manage data ingestion. Use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems.
• Maintain integrity of ETL processes across operational environments
• Aid in data warehouse development and updating
• Contribute to third-party data integrations
• Work with our engineering team to contribute ideas on how to make our data more effective

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine and integrate data from different sources with accuracy
• 2 or more years of professional experience working with pipelines, data modeling and data warehousing
• Production level experience with an ETL scheduling tool (e.g. Airflow, Luigi, Prefect)
• Adept Python coding/scripting experience
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills (writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Experience with both set-based and scalar data
• Exposure to Snowflake, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies related to Data Management and Data Science.
• B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• • 4 or more years of professional experience working with pipelines, data modeling and data warehousing in a startup environment
  • Significant experience with Golang

  • Experience operating in a HITRUST environment
