Who We’re Looking For:

A data analyst with 4+ years of relevant analytical experience who thrives in deriving insight out of complex data. Skilled at helping foster a culture around data-informed decision making, this individual partners with teams across the entire organization and does not hesitate to get into the weeds to understand the data. This role will be instrumental in providing access to accurate and meaningful data and insights that will be used to pave the way for our path ahead. The salary range for this position is: $72,000-$82,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Accomplish:

• Transform data into actionable insights used to influence the direction of CirrusMD
• Create and sustain a shared tracking plan and data dictionary for all product flows
• Contribute and maintain clean and performant data models that allow business users to confidently explore our data
• Build dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
• Support Product and Marketing teams with performance insights and optimization recommendations on feature releases, awareness campaigns, A/B testing, etc.
• Thoroughly document work so that context and knowledge can be shared across the organization

Requirements

• Strong to advanced SQL skills and experience with Cloud Data Platforms, like Snowflake
• Experience with BI reporting and visualization tools, especially Looker
• Experience writing LookML and committing pull requests through GitHub
• Ability to build queries and reports to visualize conversion funnels
• Understanding of best practices around event tracking, such as naming conventions, enforcing standardization and how data maps to business objectives
• Knowledge and application of statistical methods and concepts such as incorporating confidence intervals and statistical significance
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong technical and analytical background

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Involvement with creation of in-house event streaming solution
• Experience with data transformation tools, such as DBT or Airflow
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python and R
• Experience with data in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with OKRs and EOS principles, such as Traction and Shape Up
