Our team is currently seeking a Data Analyst with excellent data analysis, data visualization and communication skills to join our Customer Success team.
Your Typical Day:
Data Collection: use technical expertise of SQL to pull data from multiple different databases and sources.
Data Analysis: conduct advanced data analysis of customer data to identify insights and measure performance against KPIs. Analysis work includes data cleansing, data exploration, data enrichment / feature engineering.
Data Visualization / Presentation: present data to customers in a visually appealing and easy to understand format. Tools used include AWS Quicksight.
Internal and Client Communication: communicate data insights to customers and internal stakeholders in a concise and easily understandable method. Provide business recommendations based on your data analysis and insights.
Client Interviews: interview clients to identify business problems and define new KPIs so clients can better run their businesses.
Team Collaboration: work across multiple internal and client teams to understand data analysis requirements and collaborate on deliverables. Includes providing the sales and account management teams with data and insights for client discussions.
Project / Time Management: manage multiple ongoing data projects at the same time and meet deliverable deadlines
This Job May Be for You If:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
3+ years of experience with SQL
3+ years of experience with Python or R
3+ years of experience with data visualization tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, AWS Quicksight
Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills
Experience facilitating discussions with senior client teams
Extra Awesome If:
Oil & Gas experience a plus
Data Science / Machine Learning Degree / Certificate
Experience building and implementing machine learning models
