The Data Analyst is the strategic partner for our clients and our internal performance/strategy teams. This role ensures TMGA is achieving client KPIs & identifying opportunities for innovation & growth.
Reporting
- Develop reporting materials and cadences based on important client information
- Provide reporting to both internal and external teams
- Carry out research projects aimed at improving acquisition & retention
Analysis
- Deliver actionable insight to performance teams using past client performance, industry knowledge, etc to identify opportunities for optimization as well as ensure all goals achieved
- Anticipate trends to help senior leadership capture potential opportunities
- Champion any new tools the performance team needs to increase efficiency
- Analyze user flows within apps to find key drop-off points or "a-ha" moments to improve retention
- Build out predictive modeling based on past client data and current trends
Experience and Knowledge
- 1-3 years of performance management for mobile-focused clients
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance by identifying actionable insights from data
- Facebook, Google, Twitter, Programmatic, Social, Ad Network media background
- Strong Communication & Organization Skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
