The Job:
As a key contributor of the Corporate Reporting and Operations Data team, you will be instrumental in working with Marketing and analyzing results of various marketing initiatives. The goal is to improve company operations and KPIs using data. In addition to data analyses, the analyst will also be involved in corporate reporting responsibilities such as maintaining/updating documentations on business terms and provide audit supports during reporting periods. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to communicate and present information to stakeholders as needed.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of marketing initiatives and provide key findings to business stakeholders
  • Perform data exploration and analysis using all available resources such as SAS, SQL, Tableau and other BI platforms and databases
  • Identify/interpret trends and patterns in datasets to isolate drivers and business behaviors
  • Correlate, juxtapose and interpret trends; link usage and experience data from across sources meaningfully
  • Work with management to review priorities and understand assigned digital deliverables
  • Actively work to identify and implement process improvements
  • Generate dashboards and automate them when required
  • Maintain and update documentations related to business terms and KPIs
  • Assists with audit requests as needed


Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Analytics/Finance/Business Management/Statistics


Required Experience :

  • 2-4 years of experience working in Marketing/Business Analytics/Finance/Business Management/Statistics
  • Proficient with SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel and/or programing languages
  • Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate results for campaign and engagement performance
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, and Tableau strongly preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining reports in Tableau or other data visualization tool
  • Experience in handling structured and unstructured data from internal and third-party sources


Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to understand the business problem, collect and analyze the data and able to interpret the results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Comfort with dealing in ambiguous business problems and aiding in providing structure to the problem
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, organization and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and curiosity to stay current on industry analytical trends

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$ 85,200.00-132,000.00
