Data Analyst II - Delivery Operations
The Delivery Operations Data Analyst is a key member of the Delivery Operations team supporting data management, internal reporting, and analysis. The position works closely with the Delivery Operations Manager and global Solution Delivery teams to ensure data integrity is sound to support operations. The Analysts primary focus will help measure and define metrics, analyze datasets, and generate reports to uncover trends and insights that are subsequently used to make informed decisions. This resource will provide consultation to users.The Data Analyst position requires initiative and thoroughness to support multiple projects independently, and the professionalism to effectively collaborate across varying levels of GHX. Highly detail oriented with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with a positive attitude. Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with Management to identify and build scalable, supportable, and digestible datasets to measure performance and risks
- Create standardized reports, dashboards, and visualizations to serve the business
- Translate business/end-user needs into technical requirements and deliverables
- Create standardized methods for monitoring data to allow for fast and scalable analysis that is trusted
- Play a key role in data documentation and development of core data sets
- Scope, prioritize, and plan projects – including leading meetings, overcoming roadblocks, providing updates, and communicating results to appropriate stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2+ years prior experience in Data Analyst role
- 2+ years of designing, building, maintaining dashboards, and presenting results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs (Salesforce, is our primary system)
- Proven ability and experience to work with modern data collection, modeling, trend analysis, reporting, and visualization tooling
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with large data sets
- Understand objectives work independently and deliver results
- Excellent listening, analytical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience using Tableau to build visualizations
- Grasp of statistics, with experience in statistical languages (Python, etc.) a plus
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
Estimated Salary range for this position: $52,500 - $72,450The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
