As a Data Analyst I, you will work to improve and scale data management and processing capabilities. As part of the Demand Insights team, your work will enable capabilities for GHX's data and analytics solutions utilized by healthcare manufacturers. The ideal candidate for this role will reside in Colorado, and in the future, work in our Louisville, CO headquarters, in a hybrid capacity (2 days in office, 3 days from home, each week).
Key Responsibilities- Systematically connect varying data sources to enrich datasets and enhance data processing
- Monitor data quality and performance for key data assets
- Test and apply algorithms for insights from data
- Explore, analyze, and interpret complex data
- Design reports and visualizations to effectively communicate trends from data
- Collaborate with engineering teams to automate data cleansing and enrichment
- Become a subject matter expert on key data assets and data operations
Preferred Qualifications- Professional experience analyzing and finding insights in large data sets
- 1-2 years experience with SQL
- Familiarity with data exploration tools like Trifacta is a plus
- Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare or supply chain data is a plus
- A demonstrated track record of accomplishing goals, meeting deadlines, and holding yourself to a high standard
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, and/or informatics
Estimated Salary range for this position: $60,300 - $75,300The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
