Data Administration Associate at Mobile Solutions

Mobile Solutions is expanding our Product Administration team to further our goals of growth and opportunity! We are looking for smart and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and have a natural desire to solve problems and assist others. This person would be responsible for analyzing customer invoices from the carriers, comparing differences and making sure everything is being uploaded correctly. This role will also be responsible for looking at Variances between our portal (MAX) and the carriers.
- Works collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of Mobile Carrier Plans (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) a plus but not necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel (and the entire Office Suite)
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
- Calm in pressure situations, but high level of urgency to resolve problems and complete tasks
- Maintains strong attention to details and prioritizes workload while meeting deliverables and expectations
- Works autonomously and self-motivated
- Positive attitude!
