Job Details 

ServiceCore is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. 

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for making sure our product is working optimally for customers from a data and technical perspective. You will be working on a range of engaging challenges that we face on a daily basis: 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the customer data integration process: Transform and configure customer data and integrate it into our platform
  • Own our technical support queue: troubleshoot, investigate, and solve customer issues related to data and integrations
  • Identify bugs in code and scope issues for the product engineering team
  • Bridge the gap between customer service and the product team: identify technical challenges in the customer experience and work with product to identify solutions
  • Automate repeated customer requests (e.g., custom reports) through MySQL scripting

Qualifications: 

  • BA degree in data science or engineering or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, technical support, or data integration role
  • Full proficiency and expertise in MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of data structure fundamentals (relational databases)
  • Preferred: Basic code literacy 
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving skills
  • Curiosity and a passion for finding creative solutions
