We’re growing — fast — and we need someone to help us continue growing our conversion rate optimization offerings. That’s where you come in. This is a unique opportunity for a more junior-level coder and budding Google Analytics guru to learn from a team of highly experienced eCommerce conversion experts. Build your conversion rate chops while working with the team that's run more eCommerce site tests than any other agency in the US and become a CRO ninja along the way.
Your Mission:
- Be a team player: You'll work with internal strategists to understand recommendations and outside developers to implement. Communication is key.
- Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3... You will manage test development queues for various projects, then monitor and respond to dev questions.
- Double check (and triple check) projects delivered by developers against specs to make sure the project meets the client's goals and expectations.
- Prolific data geek: Facilitate the collection of data to support recommendations by setting up heatmaps or running polls or surveys.
- QA for you, and you, and you! Verify all KPIs are tracked correctly in analytics tools to make sure we can accurately measure if our team's recommendations are making an impact!
What You Must Have:
- Four year degree. Don’t have that? Demonstrate relevant experience and you shall be considered.
- Basic experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Some experience writing technical requirements for a development team
- Super-crazy, insanely-hihly detail oriented. Did you catch the mistake?
- Excellent, United Nations diplomat-level communication skills
- Tom-Cruise-Action-Movie-type of cool under pressure
What We Dream About:
- Basic HTML and/or Javascript experience
- Administrative or Project Management experience
- Experience running website tests, heatmapping, A/B or Multivariate testing

Mike Belasco (great guy whose daughter is obsessed with Star Wars) founded the company back in 2003 when he saw this huge, honkin, Royal-Gorge size gap between agency offerings and client needs. Originally, seOverflow (our previous brand) was just that—an SEO outsourcing company. Now we bring Inbound Marketing (i.e. omni-channel marketing that puts the customer first with deliberate, non-interruption-based tactics) to the eCommerce world. It’s no-mans land, but we like it a lot.
Oh and don’t mess with Mike. His grandfather engineered the first space shuttle toilet and he doesn’t eat raspberries. No one knows why.
