Credentialing Analyst II - Remote
GHX seeks a trustworthy, highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual. The Credentialing Analyst will be primarily responsible for analyzing and processing documents submitted by vendor representatives for registration. Additionally, the Credentialing Analyst will interact with internal and external customers to assist with documentation requirements.Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Reports to Manager of Document Credentialing
- Maintain the appropriate quality score when processing documents and cases
- Ability to process the appropriate number of documents per hour
- Process Credentialing Support cases quickly and effectively providing a positive experience for customers.
- Communicate effectively internally as well as externally (This includes our First Source Team)
- Process multiple document queues
- Interact with customers through Credentialing Support cases in Salesforce
- Interact with vendor administrators through Enterprise Credentialing cases in Salesforce
- Process and upload documentation for implementation
- Effectively balance multiple tasks and roles
- Other responsibilities, as assigned

Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Microsoft and Excel experience preferred
Estimated Salary range for this position: $14.89 - $20.19The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
