Consumer Insights Senior Lead - DISH Latino Center of Excellence

Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven marketer to discover critical market intelligence and deliver actionable insights to our newly established Latino Center of Excellence. The successful Consumer Insights Senior Lead will oversee a variety of projects for the Latino Center of Excellence across all lines of business (DishLATINO, Sling and Boost Mobile.). He/She/They would serve as a subject matter expert on Latino consumers and manage research including, but not limited to, advertising/concept research, brand/ad tracking, positioning and messaging strategy. In this role, you will:
- Utilize sound methodologies and cost-effective solutions, including full internal implementation to drive key objectives
- Utilize syndicated research to compile and share insights/trends/findings about the Latino consumer
- Develop qualitative and quantitative solutions to best meet business objectives
- Assess the needs of the line of business and research objectives to ensure knowledge transfer is unbiased, integrated and synthesized to provide clear, actionable and impactful insights and business recommendations.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skill and Experience:
Successful candidates have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or marketing research;
- Ability to drive all phases of research including questionnaire design, tabulation, analysis, reporting and presentation;
- 5 or more years experience in qualitative and/or quantitative marketing research;
- Experience with various data collection methods, cross-tabulation portals and/or analytical software (e.g. SPSS, SAS).
Given the role will focused on the Latino consumer, the ideal candidate would also:
- Be fluent in Spanish
- Possess a deep understanding of Hispanic culture

Salary Range
Compensation: $74,700.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year
