Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a lead analyst within our global compliance department, we’ll be looking to you to provide functional ownership and administration of our list filtering and screening application for the Company’s banking, real-time payments and related products. You will play a critical role in the functioning of our Compliance department globally.
For such a critical role, you’ll have 3 to 5 years of experience in a complex financial services and compliance environment with an emphasis on list processing, filtering and related tasks. You’ll also have a high degree of professionalism and demonstrated experience in FircoSoft or similar applications in maintaining, improving and testing such a system for a Financial Services Company would be nice to have. We will look to you to own projects from inception to completion. AML Compliance experience is of value for this role, and a bachelor’s degree is necessary. For your area of responsibility you will be the face of our global compliance department.

Annual base salary gross: $71,192-121,476. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
