Care Business Analyst

Position Summary

DispatchHealth is looking for a Care Business Analyst to join our growing CARE TEAM headquartered in the Denver area.

The Care Business Analyst is responsible for daily efforts to provide great customer and employee experience with the purpose of achieving the business objectives. Key functionality includes the ability to demonstrate a strong interpretation of business requirements with the aspiration to advance the Company needs by delivering practical tools, reports and models to support the multi-department, contact center and its operations. The Workforce Management Business Analyst ensures strategic goals are met through, collaborative planning and effective communication, aligning the with the company’s intentional goals.

Fundamental Requirements:

  • Adaptability:Must establish exceptional competency to acclimate and excel as a team player in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment. Must demonstrate ability and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of employees and management, building strong relationships with teams and all organizational customers.
  • Decision Making / Problem Solving: Exhibit an outstanding ability to think independently. Must demonstrate the expertise to identify and determine anomalies, understanding the impact to the business along with, providing sensible recommendations and solutions.
  • Knowledge: Proven track record of providing significant support in a contact center environment, balancing the company requirements. Ability to prepare and present timely and accurate reports and recommendations to the team and senior management.

Technical Requirements:

Must possess the following aptitudes:

  • Provide first-class results on all requests and projects in a timely manner.
  • Expertise to transform and the use of the current software tools, to simplify data and improve inefficiencies.
  • Analyze, interpret and summarize complex data.
  • Understanding of historical trend analysis and how it impacts future planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide valuable feedback for business objectives.
  • Extremely organized with superb attention to detail.

A healthcare background or experience in a medical contact center is a plus. Absolute confidentiality and indiscretion are a conditional requirement of this role as it applies to the company, its employees and its customers. The capacity to sit for long periods of time, is essential.
